Selected wine tastings at the vineyard
The vineyard, which surpasses itself year after year to offer fragrant grapes that give birth to exceptional wines, stretches across 40 hectares in Ceptura and 70 hectares in Chițorani – Bucov.
Across its lands, varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră, Fetească Regală, Tămâioasă Românească, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Merlot are cultivated, from which selected Casa Timiș wines—white, red, and rosé—are produced.

Chef’s Table at Casa Timiș is a culinary experience dedicated to those who seek more than just a dinner—an intimate encounter with the art of gastronomy and the passion behind each dish. In the elegant setting of the 1925 English Bar, with oak wood paneling, hand-carved details, and British-inspired furnishings, the ambiance creates the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening.
Chef’s Table is about attention to detail, direct dialogue with the chef, and a personalized gastronomic journey that is different every time—a celebration of taste, creativity, and the authentic hospitality of Casa Timiș.
