- GENERAL PROVISIONS
The service www.casatimis.ro is provided by DOMENIUL CASA TIMIS S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Casa Timiș” / “the Resort”), with registered office in Sat Chiţorani, Comuna Bucov, Strada Florica Romalo, No. 4, Prahova County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J29/894/2022 and having VAT no. 45910456, as well as by the company 3R INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Embrace” or “Spa”), with registered office in Prahova County, Bucov Commune, Chitorani Village, Str. Florica Romalo no. 4, registered with the Trade Register under number J2023001841296, having VAT no. 48640454, both companies hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Operators”.
These Terms and Conditions apply in the context of making reservations for the services and experiences offered by Casa Timiș and Embrace, purchasing these services or products sold through the website, as well as for the purchase of gift cards (vouchers) through the platform www.casatimis.ro, within the Casa Timiș accommodation unit and the Embrace Spa.
Browsing the website www.casatimis.ro, followed by making a reservation/appointment, purchasing products or gift cards available on the online platform, or submitting the completed satisfaction questionnaire is equivalent to reading, understanding, and fully accepting the Terms below by any Client of the Resort or the Spa acting as a Consumer.
The Operators reserve the right to make changes to the content of this website, as well as to these Terms and Conditions, without any prior notice to Consumers. In the event of any discrepancy or misunderstanding between the Operators and the Consumer, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of their acceptance by the Consumer shall apply.
- 2. DEFINITIONS
- “Platform / Website” – the online platform www.casatimis.ro;
- “Document” – this version of the Terms and Conditions;
- “Content” includes the following elements:
- all information available on the Website www.casatimis.ro that may be visited, viewed, or otherwise accessed by using a digital device;
- the content of any email sent to Consumers interacting with the Website by Casa Timiș through electronic means and/or any other available means of communication;
- any information communicated to the Consumer by any means by an employee or collaborator of the Operators, according to the contact details specified by that Consumer;
- data regarding the Operators or other privileged data belonging to them.
- “Consumer” – the natural person who browses the Website or interacts with it in various ways and has access to the Content;
- “Distance contract” – according to the definition contained in GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, a distance contract means any contract concluded between a professional and a consumer within an organized distance sales or service provision system, without the simultaneous physical presence of the professional and the consumer, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication, up to and including the moment the contract is concluded;
- “Personal data” – any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). Personal data include (non-exhaustive list): the person’s full name, email address, phone number, etc.;
- “Personal data controller” – means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. With regard to the Website, the data controller is Domeniul Casa Timiș, respectively 3R Integrative Medicine SRL;
- “Consent of the data subject” – any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which they, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signify agreement to the processing of personal data relating to them;
- “Processing” – any operation/set of operations performed on personal data (with or without the use of automated means), namely: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, dissemination, making available, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure, destruction, etc.
- GENERAL POLICY
3.1. General provisions
The Document sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the Website/Content by the Consumer. The Consumer is kindly asked to read this Document carefully in order to prevent any unpleasant consequences that may arise as a result of interacting with the Resort’s website or making purchases through it.
Access to the service is made through the Website www.casatimis.ro, by phone at 0723.682.568 (accommodation), 0740 248 771 (Restaurant), 0755 000 000 (Spa), or by sending an email to [email protected].
By using the Website, the Consumer is solely responsible for all activities arising from its use. Likewise, the Consumer is liable for any material, intellectual, electronic, or any other type of damage caused to the Website and/or the Content made available by the Operators, in accordance with the applicable national legislation.
If the Consumer does not agree with these Terms and Conditions and/or does not accept this Document, they may send an email to the electronic correspondence address: [email protected] and state the reasons and/or requests for the desired changes.
The Consumer may, at any time, reconsider their decision not to agree with and/or not to accept the Document.
The Client may not revoke the consent expressed in favor of the Document during the performance of a Contract or until they have paid the value of all outstanding Contracts owed to the Operators, as well as any penalties in accordance with the Policy regarding penalties in case of cancellation/no-show available in this document, where applicable.
The Website name and its graphic signs are the property of Domeniul Casa Timiș, respectively 3R Integrative Medicine; therefore, these elements may not be taken over, copied, or used without the written consent of their owner/right holder.
All Content presented or displayed on the Website including, but not limited to: text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, etc. is the property of the Operators. All elements of the services offered by the Operators including, without limitation, the general design, are protected by copyright, author’s rights, and other regulations in the field of intellectual property rights.
The names “Domeniul Casa Timiș”, “Embrace Holistic Healing Spa”, “casatimis.ro”, the logos and symbols associated with them, as well as combinations thereof with any word, graphic symbol, or in any other form, used on the Website, are registered trademarks and are the exclusive property of the Operators. They may not be used by third parties in any way without the prior consent of the Operators.
The Consumer may not modify any of the aforementioned materials and may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell information or works contained on the Website www.casatimis.ro.
Except for actions permitted by the applicable copyright legislation, the Consumer is responsible for obtaining permission before using any copyrighted material made available by the Operators.
Any Content to which the Consumer has and/or obtains access by any means is subject to the Document if such Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid use agreement concluded between the Operators and the Consumer and without any implied or express warranty from the Operators regarding that Content.
The communication of any information or data in the form of message, text, image, audio and/or video file, or any other type of material, regardless of how such materials are published or transmitted (publicly or individually), by any natural or legal person other than the Operators, is carried out under the exclusive responsibility of the person to whom such materials belong, the Operators not being in any way liable for the content or publication method of such communications.
If the Operators grant the Consumer the right to use, in the form described in a separate use agreement, certain Content to which the Consumer has or obtains access following this agreement, this right extends only to that or those Content items defined in the agreement, only during its existence or while such Content exists on the Website or during the period defined in the agreement, according to the conditions defined therein, where applicable.
No Content transmitted to the Consumer by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by them through access, visiting, and/or viewing constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of the Operators and/or the employee or collaborator who facilitated the transfer of Content, where applicable.
Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by the Document or provided in a separate use agreement, where such agreement exists, is prohibited.
The Consumer is liable for any intellectual damage caused to the Website/Content, in accordance with Romanian legislation in force.
3.3. Contact data and information
The Operators publish on the Website their complete and accurate identification details so that contacting them by the Consumer is easy.
Accessing the Website, using the information presented therein, visiting pages, or sending emails or notices addressed to the Operators may be carried out by electronic means, by phone, or by any other communication method available to the parties, and thus the Consumer is deemed to consent to receiving notifications from the Operators electronically and/or by phone, including communications by email or through notices published on the Website.
The Operators reserve the right not to respond to all requests of any nature, especially if they are unfounded/abusive/offensive, received by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.).
The Consumer expressly declares that the contact details provided by sending them to the Operators belong to them (for example: full name, email address, phone number, etc.) and that such data may be used by the Operators in communications with the Consumer for the purpose of resolving any requests, as well as for providing additional information, at the Consumer’s request. Also, when purchasing gift cards or products available for purchase on the online platform, the Consumer provides the Operators with true, complete, and accurate data for sending the ordered gift card and for invoicing purposes.
- RATES
All rates displayed on the Website and related to accommodation, restaurant, or therapeutic services, as well as the prices of the products available for purchase on the online platform, are expressed per night of accommodation or per unit and include VAT (11%). The rates do not include the hotel tax or other taxes imposed by central or local authorities.
The Operators reserve the right to change the rates at any time, while observing the rates applicable to already confirmed reservations, which shall remain firm.
Any rate increase may be determined, among other things, by increases in taxes and duties or by the introduction of new taxes and duties. For already confirmed reservations/appointments, the rate shall remain the one applicable at the time of confirmation and shall not be modified.
- MAKING RESERVATIONS
Reservations for services, subject to confirmation by the Operators, may be made by the following methods:
- through the online booking platform on the website www.casatimis.ro, in the BOOK NOW section;
- by phone, by calling 0723.682.568;
- by email at: [email protected].
The validity period of reservations is 2 calendar days, except for reservations where the accommodation date occurs less than 2 days from the reservation date, in which case the reservation validity period will be mentioned in the written confirmation from the Resort.
For telephone reservations, the Resort’s availability will be checked in advance, and the Client will be advised to also send the reservation request by email or to book through the website www.casatimis.ro. Based on the request email, the Client will receive a proforma invoice in order to pay the full amount of the stay. For more details regarding payment, please consult the PAYMENT AND GUARANTEEING OF RESERVATIONS section.
For reservations where the cost of the stay will be paid using holiday vouchers, Casa Timiș will initiate the card pre-authorization procedure. For this purpose, the amount related to the stay will be blocked and used for payment upon arrival at the Resort. In the event of the Client’s no-show at the Resort, the full amount of the unfulfilled stay will be retained. Casa Timiș places great importance on the processing of personal data and therefore, within the card pre-authorization procedure, will collect only the data necessary in compliance with the data protection rules detailed in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
- PAYMENT AND GUARANTEEING OF RESERVATIONS
The Client has the following payment methods available:
- cash payment;
- bank transfer;
- online payment by bank card – cards issued under the VISA (including Electron) and MasterCard (including Maestro) logos are accepted.
Reservations are considered guaranteed at the time payment is confirmed.
For reservations made by phone or by email, the reservation is guaranteed by full advance payment of the stay by the Client, within up to 3 days from the date of issuance of the proforma invoice. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
For reservations made through the online booking platform on the website www.casatimis.ro, the reservation is guaranteed by payment using a bank card, after verification of the card details entered in the booking form, with the full amount of the stay being charged.
The remaining balance related to the stay (for example, mini-bar consumption), if applicable, shall be paid at departure, by any payment method.
The Client has the obligation to check the details on the invoice before paying for the services. The payment made by the Client constitutes express confirmation of the relevant invoice, and any subsequent request for change shall not be taken into consideration by the Resort.
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the billing section of the reservation form, Casa Timiș having no liability with respect to the truthfulness of the information received and used for issuing the invoice.

- GUARANTEES
At check-in, the Client will be asked to present a debit/credit card as a guarantee. If the Client does not wish to guarantee with a debit/credit card, they shall pay, as a security deposit, the amount of RON 200/room/stay. This amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no issues occur (damage, missing items from the room inventory, mini-bar consumption, etc.).
- MODIFICATION. CANCELLATION. NO-SHOW. PENALTIES.
Any modification and/or cancellation of a reservation for services, at the Client’s initiative, shall be sent in writing to the email address: [email protected] or by phone at: 0723.682.568, the modification of services being subject to the Resort’s prior approval.
Reserved services may be cancelled as follows:
- without penalties, if the cancellation takes place at least 15 days before the date for which the reservation was made;
- with a penalty amounting to 50% of the value, if the cancellation takes place less than 14 days before the date for which the reservation was made;
- with a penalty amounting to 100% of the value, if the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the date for which the reservation was made.
No-show means the situation in which the Client, following a confirmed reservation that was not cancelled by one of the methods mentioned above, does not arrive at the Resort on the date for which the reservation was made.
In the event of the Client’s no-show, the amount paid as an advance shall be retained in full.
In the event of shortening the stay announced by Clients during the stay, Casa Timiș reserves the right to retain, as damages, the value of the unused services.
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT (ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE)
Check-in is available starting from 4:00 PM. It is carried out based on an identity document, by completing the arrival registration form.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 12:00 PM.
At the Clients’ request and when Domeniul Casa Timiș has accommodation spaces available, the room check-out time may be exceeded by no more than 6 hours, against a fee amounting to 50% of the value of one night of accommodation without breakfast, according to the rate displayed at reception.
Accommodation for children up to 6 years old is free of charge; for children between 7–12 years old, 50% of the value of one bed will be charged, with or without providing an extra bed in the room, and for children over 12 years old, the normal rate will apply.
- RESTAURANT / BAR / ENGLISH BAR:
The operating hours of Casa Timiș Restaurants / winery are 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Breakfast is served daily between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
Meal services will be provided at the prices valid on the date of the stay.
The entertainment program shall be carried out according to the information available on the website or at the reception of Domeniul Casa Timiș.
Access to the dining areas is allowed only with decent attire.
It is strictly forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside into the Casa Timiș premises.

- SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Operators’ premises, except for specially designated areas.
- PARKING SPACE
Domeniul Casa Timiș benefits from free monitored parking with a capacity of 25 parking spaces.
- SAFETY. SPECIAL NEEDS
The Resort, spa, and public spaces are monitored through a video surveillance system. For more details regarding the protection of personal data, please consult the Information Notice on the processing of personal data through the use of video surveillance means displayed at reception.
The Operators assume no liability for objects forgotten, lost, or allegedly stolen within the Resort premises.
The Operators assume no liability for any accidents that may occur as a result of improper use of the Resort facilities.
Most of the spaces within the Resort are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you have a special need of any kind, please inform us in advance.
- PETS
Access with pets is prohibited within the Domeniul Casa Timiș premises.
The Operators have the right to refuse accommodation to Clients accompanied by pets, with the application of a penalty amounting to 100% of the value of the first night of accommodation.
- VISITORS
Visitors are allowed access between 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, free of charge, and outside this time interval only upon registering at reception and paying the applicable rate difference.
- ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CLEANLINESS
Environmental protection is a constant concern of the Resort.
Bed linen is changed after every 2 days of accommodation or at the Client’s request, and towels are changed daily or at the Client’s request.
To indicate the wish to have the linen and towels changed, Clients are kindly asked to leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
- CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operators reserve the right to refuse accommodation or restaurant service or access to the Spa to Clients under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances, impolite or disorderly, who by their attitude damage the Resort’s image or disturb other Clients.
Clients are liable to the Operators for damages caused to other Clients, staff, furniture, equipment, etc.
- COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided may be made on site, throughout the stay, at reception level or by sending an email to: [email protected]. Complaints made after check-out may be sent to the email address [email protected]. Complaints whose remedy could only be carried out during the stay shall not be taken into consideration afterwards.
Complaints regarding theft, destruction, or damage of goods brought by the Client into the Resort must be brought to the Resort’s attention within no more than 24 hours from the date on which the Client became aware of the theft, destruction, or damage of the goods.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute regarding the Document that may arise between the Client and the Operators shall be resolved amicably. If amicable settlement of the conflict is not possible within 30 days from the registration of the complaint, it shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.
If any of the above clauses is found null or invalid, regardless of the cause, such clause shall not affect the validity of the other clauses of this Contract.
The Operators are not liable for any loss, costs, proceedings, claims, expenses, etc., if these are caused directly by failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Operators attach special importance to the personal data belonging to Clients or their visitors. For this reason, they have made available to them both specific information notices and a Privacy Policy that addresses the specific aspects of data processing when browsing the online platform www.casatimis.ro. We invite you to review this documentation for more details regarding the rights you hold, as a data subject, in relation to the Operators.
- FINAL CLAUSES
The Operators reserve the right to make any changes to the provisions of this Document, as well as any changes to the Website/its structure, including changes that could affect the Website and/or any Content, without prior notice to the Consumer in this regard.
The Operators cannot be held responsible for any errors occurring on the Website for any reason, including due to changes, settings, etc., that are not made by the Website administrator.

This agreement document between the parties has been drafted in accordance with the legislation applicable on the territory of Romania.
