Politica de Gift Cards
Casa Timis offers Clients the possibility to purchase vouchers or gift cards. The vouchers are made available to interested individuals by DOMENIUL CASA TIMIS S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Casa Timis” / “the Resort”), headquartered in Chițorani Village, Bucov Commune, Florica Romalo Street no. 4, Prahova County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J29/894/2022 and having VAT no. 45910456.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Vouchers are available both on the website www.casatimis.ro and at the reception of Casa Timiș Restaurant. For clarity, any reference made in this Document to Vouchers automatically includes Gift Cards.
Currently, six (6) types of Gift Cards are available for purchase, with values ranging between 800 and 2200 RON. Vouchers may also have different values than those mentioned above, including upon Client request. The 800 RON Gift Card does not include a wine tasting or gastronomic experience. The other Gift Cards include either a gastronomic or wine tasting experience. These experiences are available only with prior reservation and only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
Vouchers purchased online will be sent via email within a maximum of 24 hours from payment confirmation. Gift Cards can be purchased both online, from the Gift Shop section available on the website www.casatimis.ro, and at reception. Online vouchers are delivered exclusively electronically. Vouchers purchased at reception may be delivered both via email and in printed format.
The voucher is a bearer document, and responsibility for its use lies exclusively with the holder. Casa Timis will not replace it in case of loss.
2. VALIDITY
To benefit from the services offered by Casa Timis, reservations must be made within a maximum of 3 (three) months from the date of voucher purchase. For clarity, the selected service date cannot exceed the validity period.
After the validity period expires, the voucher becomes null.
3. SERVICES. RATES
Vouchers can be used by their holders for services within Casa Timis portfolio, including:
- accommodation services within Casa Timis resort;
- services offered by the Restaurant, Terrace, and Wine Cellar.
Services available at the time of voucher purchase may be subject to change, including pricing, depending on the time the services are used.
Rates applicable to voucher-covered services will be those valid at the time of reservation for accommodation and those applicable on the day of consumption for restaurant, terrace, or wine cellar services.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other available offers.
Any unused amount on the voucher will expire if not used within the specified validity period and is non-refundable.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another person, who will benefit from the services under the same conditions.
No cash change will be given. If the service value exceeds the voucher value, the difference may be paid by any available payment method. If the service value is lower, the remaining balance may be used within the validity period for other services offered by Casa Timis.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for vouchers purchased online can be made:
- by bank card;
- via Netopia MobilPay (www.mobilpay.ro).
Accepted cards include those issued under VISA (including Electron), MasterCard (including Maestro), or any card under VISA or MasterCard brands.
5. MODIFICATIONS. CANCELLATION. NO-SHOW. PENALTIES
Any modification and/or cancellation of services must be submitted in writing to: contact@casatimis.ro or by phone at 0723.682.568. Service modifications are subject to approval by the accommodation unit.
Reserved services may be cancelled as follows:
- no penalty if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the reservation date;
- 50% penalty of the first night’s stay if cancellation is made less than 14 days before;
- 100% penalty of the first night’s stay if cancellation is made less than 7 days before.
Purchasing vouchers implies full reading, understanding, and acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions by any Client of the Resort.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
Voucher forgery is punishable under applicable law and may result in criminal liability.
